    Egondu Onuoha

    Vice President, Real Estate and Special programs, The Brooklyn Hospital Center

    Egondu Onuoha is currently the Vice President - Real Estate, Special Programs and Business Development at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York City. Prior to her becoming a Vice President, she was the Director of Prenatal Care Assistance Program, WIC Program and the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Program at the hospital. Ms. Onuoha has a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters' degree in Food Science and Technology. She is a Registered Dietitian, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, a Certified Diabetes Educator, a Grant Professional Certified, a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Fellow of the International Lactation Consultant Association.

    Joseph Kennedy

    Instructional Designer; interim Coordinator of AI Initiatives, Concordia College (MN)

    Joseph Kennedy Instructional Designer / Academic Technologist, Concordia College (MN), jkenned6 at cord.edu. As the college's Instructional Designer, Joseph is responsible for coordinating Concordia's various AI initiatives, leading the innovative use of educational technology, and supporting new pedagogical and andragogical approaches. He has taught mathematics, computer science, communication, and business courses at both the high school and college level. An advocate for the ethical use of technology, he has most recently presented about AI on Prairie Public television, published in Privacy and Safety in Online Learning, and testified before the North Dakota Senate State and Local Government Committee. Joseph has served as an Assessment Leader and Technology Leader for school districts, and has been a mediator between the Fargo Public School Board and the Fargo Education Association. He holds a BS in Mathematics, an M.Ed in Instructional Design, and is a National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certified educator. He is a Sam's Club Teacher of the Year, a Flaat Distinguished Service Award recipient, and a collegiate speech National Champion.

    Claudia Sealey-Potts, PhD, RD is a very active, dynamic and futuristic leader, researcher and educator in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Focus areas include prevention of diet-related chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes, hypertension) in children and adolescents. Obesity and type 2 diabetes prevention and treatment in adults is also of interest. Evidence-based practice in application of medical nutrition therapy.
