Description
The Compensation and Benefits Survey 2021 published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics indicates that among all practicing RDNs in all positions, the median full time annual salary is approximately $70,000. Half of all practicing RDNs work in health care settings, mainly in acute, long term or ambulatory care. However, there are leadership opportunities in health care systems that are conducive to a significantly higher median wage and greater scope of impact. In this presentation we will share personal stories that will highlight RDNs skills and career pathways that will help you achieve positions with higher wages while still making an impact in the lives of many. This presentation aims to be an asset for all RDNs who seek to increase their earnings and advance in their career.
