A Traditional Food Journey at the Indigenous Foods Lab

The Indigenous Food Lab (IFL) is a professional Indigenous kitchen and training center and market covering all aspects of food service; research and development; Indigenous food identification, gathering, cultivation, and preparation; and all components of starting and running a successful culinary business based around Native traditions and Indigenous foods.

During your visit, you'll enjoy a tasting experience featuring small bites of Indigenous cuisine and a selection of teas. Additionally, you'll witness a live demonstration in the IFL studio, where you'll learn about traditional cooking techniques and ingredients. The excursion concludes with a guided tour of the food lab, offering an in-depth look at this unique and innovative space. Transportation will be provided.
