Mok is the owner of a nutrition, yoga and wellness consulting practice where she provides nutrition counseling and education and private yoga classes to individuals and corporations. She also develops recipes for print and digital media. Mok is the communications chair of the Los Angeles Region of the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a member of the Academy's Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine and Nutrition Entrepreneurs dietetic practice groups. Mok is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and earned a master's degree at Teacher's College, Columbia University.
