Exhibitors FAQs

*Note: Carpeting/floor covering is mandatory for all Exhibitor booth spaces. Carpeting/flooring, furnishings and utilities are NOT included with your booth but can be ordered through the Exhibitor Kit available in May 2025.
Payments can be made by check (in U.S. funds, payable to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics). Payments via credit card will be processed directly through the secure payment link that is provided in the application confirmation.
Exhibit Space Applications must be accompanied by a deposit payment equal to 50% of the total booth space cost with total balance due on or before April 15, 2025. If balance is not paid by deadline, the Academy has the right to cancel exhibitor’s contract and release such space for resale without refund of deposit. Applications submitted after April 15, 2025, must be accompanied by payment in full. Exhibitor is not confirmed until payment is received and application approved.
Cancellation of space must be received in writing to Show Management at FNCE@CorcExpo.com. If exhibit space is reduced, the net reduction of space will be treated as a cancellation of that space. Exhibitors who cancel on or prior to April 15, 2025, are liable for 50% of the cost of booth space. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 15, 2025, and companies are liable for 100% of the booth cost after this date. No exceptions will be made, and money cannot be used for any other purpose.
The FNCE® Expo is open to exhibitors whose products, programs and services relate specifically to the food, nutrition, and dietetics profession. All first-time companies are reviewed by FNCE® based on the Academy's Exhibitor Eligibility Guidelines. Once approved, an invoice will be sent.

Note: Companies whose focus is TENS units, LED skincare (facial and body), cosmetic products, handheld massagers, cannabis products (including CBD and THC), and any others with aggressive sales tactics are not allowed to exhibit under any circumstance. Should an exhibitor representing any of these categories be found on the Expo floor, they will be removed immediately with no refund of fees paid.

The Priority Points System governs the appointment assignment of booth space during the booth selection process. Points are awarded to previous FNCE® exhibitors during the period five years prior to the Expo for which the application is being made.
Points are accumulated as follows:
- One point each year for participation in FNCE®.
- Two points per 100 square feet of booth space utilized per year for the past five years.
- Ten bonus points for five consecutive years of exhibiting at FNCE®.
The bonus points are forfeited if the exhibitor misses a year during this five-year period.
Each exhibiting company is provided with a complimentary allotment of badges based on net square feet of your exhibit booth. Additional badges are available for a fee.
Exhibitor Conference Badges: Provides access to the Expo Hall during set-up, move-out, show hours, the Opening and Closing sessions, and FNCE® educational sessions.
Exhibitor Booth Badges: Provides access to the Expo Hall during set-up, move-out, show hours, and the Opening and Closing sessions only.
- 100 sq. ft. – 1 Exhibitor Conference and 4 Exhibitor Booth Badges
- 200 sq. ft. – 1 Exhibitor Conference and 6 Exhibitor Booth Badges
- 300-400 sq. ft. – 2 Exhibitor Conference and 8 Exhibitor Booth Badges
- 500-600 sq. ft. – 3 Exhibitor Conference and 12 Exhibitor Booth Badges

Confirmed exhibitors will be notified when the Exhibitor Service Kit is posted to the Exhibitor Hub. The Service Kit includes everything needed to exhibit including ordering furnishings, flooring/carpet, electrical, labor, and more, as well as information regarding shipping and catering services.
Show Management will send Exhibitor Newsletters leading up to the show with details and exhibit resources.

The Call for Sessions for FNCE® has closed. Opportunities to present research, food and nutrition information, culinary demos, and breaking news are included in the 2025 FNCE® Exhibitor Sponsor Packages. For more information, contact Daun Longshore.
Confirmed FNCE® 2025 exhibitors may purchase a pre-show or post-show attendee email deployment through InFocus Marketing. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited to two emails per day. Contact InFocus Marketing: 1-800-708-5478 or sales@infocusmarketing.com.
Traffic builders such as prize awards, drawings, contests, and surveys may be promoted in the FNCE® Digital Event Bag , FNCE® Focus daily email and FNCE® Product Showcase at a nominal cost. Otherwise, the FNCE® Promotion Application Form must be submitted to the Expo Manager by September 8, 2025, for written approval by the Academy and Show Management. The Promotion Application Form will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit and on the Exhibitor Hub.
