Group Registration
Groups of five or more individuals from the same school or company qualify registering for member full conference can receive a 10% discount on the registration price when signing up together. This discount does not extend to add-ons or donations. The discount will automatically apply when registering together using the "Add a group member" feature. Please be aware that this discount is only available for new registrations and cannot be applied retroactively. Additionally, discounted registrations will be reviewed by Academy Staff to ensure compliance with the group criteria. The Academy reserves the right to revoke the discount if we are unable to verify that the registrant is part of a group of five or more individuals from the same school or company.
Payment Updates
Registration payment can be made using all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are no longer accepting purchase orders or checks. If you have questions or concerns about payment, please reach out to FNCE@eatright.org.
Policy Details
Rates are based on membership status and membership category at time of registration. Before registering for FNCE®, ensure that your Academy membership status is up to date. To qualify for the discounted registration price available to Academy Members, your membership status must be current and fully paid.
Session Recordings
Boost your CPE hours by up to 50 (based on your Professional Development Portfolio Plan) with access to all Session Recordings, allowing you to experience FNCE® at your convenience. These recordings will be accessible on-demand until May 31, 2028.
Note: On-site attendance must be verified to receive access to the recordings. The Academy verifies attendance via the on-site badge pickup records.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Up until on or before Wednesday, September 3, 2025, cancellations can be done by modifying your registration through your confirmation email. Registrations, workshops, and excursions will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. All other add-ons will not be refunded, and Academy Foundation or Academy Political Action Committee (ANDPAC) events will be considered donations. The Academy will not process cancellation requests received after the September 3rd deadline. For extenuating circumstances with documentation, please reach out to FNCE@eatright.org. Extenuating circumstances include severe weather events which disrupt the ability to travel, unexpected health issues or injuries with a medical note, family emergencies due to death or critical illness, and legal restrictions like jury duty or passport/visa issues.
FNCE® Code of Conduct
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (Academy) is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all conference participants. All participants are expected to abide by the FNCE® Code of Conduct. This policy applies to all Academy programs, including those held outside of the FNCE® program (e.g. DPG/MIG events).
Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, Academy staff member, service provider, or other conference guest.
- Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, or national origin.
In addition, attendees are asked to adhere to the following rules:
- The recording or transmission of any education session, presentation, demo, video, or content in any format is strictly prohibited.
- Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the expo hall, or at other events organized by the Academy throughout the meeting. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any Academy event staff.
- Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. The Academy reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
The Academy reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and the Academy reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting.
Pledge of Professional Civility
In alignment with the Academy’s Pledge of Professional Civility, attendees agree to treat peers courteously and respectfully; support productive dialogue and positive engagement; discourage public criticism and belittling of colleagues and exhibitors; and model professional conduct in person, within social media, and in digital communities. Any attendee found to be in breach of these guidelines will be removed from the meeting and ineligible for a registration refund.
