ACEND Decision Calendars

The ACEND^® Board follows a schedule for program accreditation decisions, and accreditation decision letters is emailed to programs two weeks after the meeting.

Site Visits

• For programs with site visits occurring between January and March, the program will be reviewed at the October board meeting.
• For programs with site visits occurring between April and June, the program will be reviewed at the January board meeting.
• For programs with site visits occurring between July and October, the program will be reviewed at the April board meeting.
• For programs with site visits occurring between November and December, the program will be reviewed at the July board meeting.

Substantive Changes and Reorganization Reports

Refer to the substantive change guidelines document to identify which program changes require board approval.

• For substantive changes received by ACEND between December 16 and March 31, the change will be reviewed at the July board meeting.
• For substantive changes received by ACEND between April 1 and June 30, the change will be reviewed at the October board meeting.
• For substantive changes received by ACEND between July 1 and September 30, the change will be reviewed at the January board meeting.
• For substantive changes received by ACEND between October 1 and December 15, the change will be reviewed at the April board meeting.
